2026 ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES

October 20, 2026 at The Lodge

Present: Interim President Jim Domino, Secretary Nancy Marks, Treasurer John Hahn;

members Pat Plantenberg and Mary Mistek, Carla Amundson, Candice O’Hara and

Debbie Montague.

Jim opened the annual meeting. Nancy read the theater mission statement. The 2025-

26 Annual Report was presented. Pat moved and Candice seconded a motion to accept

the annual report. Motion passed.

Jim opened Election of Officers.

Candice nominated Jim Domino as President. He was approved by acclimation.

Pat nominated Debbie Montague as Vice President. She was approved by acclimation.

John nominated Nancy as Secretary. She was approved by acclimation.

Candice nominated John as Treasurer. He was approved by acclimation.

Pat moved to adjourn the annual meeting. Candice seconded. Jim adjourned the
